Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Train, mentor, and support BDRs to enhance their performance and ensure they meet their targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Create personalized sales and support materials based on client needs.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) with a strong background in the Indian market and B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, cold emailing, cold calling, and closing deals. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and mentoring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) under their supervision.
2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the Indian market and B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successful lead generation, cold emailing, cold calling, and closing deals.
Experience in training and mentoring sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
