Tour the Product

Below is a video walkthrough of BHyve.

Getting Started on BHyve

Your BHyve login is derived from your official company login. You can use the same email address and password to login to your BHyve profile.

Each organization will get their own custom domain to log into their company profile. Your company domain will look like this –

https://<company name>.bhyve.io

Profile

Once you log into BHyve, you should see your basic information on the profile page. Here, you can edit any information that seems out of place. All the information we collect here, helps us enhance the BHyve experience. For more information on how we store and use Data, you can read our Terms of Service <link>

Skills

Next step, you start adding Skills to your profile. Choose from our categories and pick the skills that are most relevant to your work and your passions.

So, for a mid-level Digital Marketing Associate, their skills would be SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Content Writing, Public Speaking, Digital Media etc. They may also be interested in Cricket, or Gardening, or playing the Bongo. Make sure to add as many skills as you can, for an enriching experience on BHyve.

With each skill, you need to add your level of competence. This helps us customize your learning experience better. You can choose on our graph of Basic, Average or Expert. This takes you to the final step of the profile creation process.

Interests

After listing your skills, you reach the most important part of your profile, the Interests section. Here, you get to choose categories and topics that you are interested in learning about. The topics you choose here will determine your learning journey and your entire experience on BHyve. Don’t worry, you can always revisit your choices and change things in the future.

Roles and Permissions

All employees of organizations, when onboarded on BHyve, naturally get complete user access. However, certain members of the company leadership team, HR team and/or L&D team may get additional privileges as Admin users so they are able to experience certain additional features and functionalities built to help them get insights from BHyve.

These roles are determined by the organization and BHyve has no say whatsoever in who gets Admin access.

Rewards and Recognition

Points

BHyve loves seeing you learn and share knowledge. That’s why, every time you do any knowledge seeking or knowledge sharing action, you win BuzzPoints!

These BuzzPoints will be reflected on your Profile, your Discover Feed, and the company-wide Leaderboard!

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard is the central points center, where you can see your standings, as well as those of your colleagues.

You can also see emerging subject matter experts, people rising quickly in the company rankings, and cheer your friends at the workplace.

Endorsements

When you learn a skill, or gain a knowledge from a colleague, you can endorse them for that skill. This is a great way to show feedback, appreciation and acknowledgement of their effort and their capabilities.

Endorsements sit in the users’ SkillCards, next to their skills and level of expertise. While giving an endorsement you can rate the peer on 3 parameters –

  1. Capability
  2. Did this solve my need?
  3. Communication

Ratings received are reflected next to the skill name in the user Skill Card. All ratings are averages, so they only get activated after 3 endorsements have been received for a skill.

Badges

Badges are a fun way to express a peer recognition! Peers form such an important part of your work experience – as friends, mentors, good bosses, great colleagues and successful team members.

With BHyve badges you can express your appreciation of your colleagues whenever you feel.

Every user can gift up to 5 badges a month. You cannot gift the same badge to a person twice.

Recognition Feed

The Recognition Feed is the amalgamation of your Endorsements, Badges and Recommendations. Access this to see who are the emerging stars of your organisations, Subject Matter Experts, the most active and helpful peers, and reach out to them to grow and collaborate even better!
