BHyve's Skills Inventory can be built using our Skills Framework, or by importing the competency framework of any organization.
Employees log in with a Single Sign On, and create their Skill Passports personally by choosing skills which best represent their work and talents. Skills may also be imported from an HRMS system.
Managers of employees have the ability to validate skills of their team members on BHyve. So managers get to approve or calibrate skill levels in order to build credibility into the Skills Passport.
Readiness Score on BHyve indicates how ready an employee, a team, or an organization is for the goals it has set. To calculate the readiness score, BHyve takes into consideration the average of the skills gaps detected on a profile, and calculates the Readiness Score.
Once Skill Gaps Analysis is complete, Managers can leverage AI suggestions and plan learning journeys for their team members. Each member will be suggested a personalized learning journey based on their Skill Passport, their goals and progress so far.
BHyve's Skills Passports and Skills Gap Analysis modules deliver powerful metrics like organizations', team and employee Readiness Score, Knowledge Graphs of the organization, and Skills Gaps that the organization should look to address in the short, medium and long term.

The data from this module can be utilized in employee training and development, compensation & benefits, hiring, and at a broader level, in business expansion, succession planning and long term growth.
